Join our Graduate Scheme
Nathan Cole-Watts – Technical/NPD Graduate
‘Since joining the Norseland team 6 months ago I have been given great responsibility and been part of many exciting projects. A couple of examples include: ensuring our Christmas gift packs met our high quality standards and being part of the development of all Christmas 2017 gift lines. Due to the flexibility of the company, I have been able to improve my knowledge and skills in both New Product Development and Technical disciplines. I have received great support in my professional development by being part of the management development scheme and following a 12 month graduate plan that is regularly updated and discussed with my manager.’
